Happy New Year, sweets! 🙂 Okay, now that I’ve had my super-duper official NSN pep talk, I can do anything! Most of all, tackle those darn resolutions! You know I LOVE all of your amazingly creative hummus recipes, so I was just beaming when I saw that hummus pic peeping out of the top image. 🙂 Did I ever tell that when I think of the ideal beautiful sando, I think of your smashed chipotle chickpea sando?? There’s just so much texture, amazing color and all the good stuff packed right in. Okay, now I’m too hungry to go on… Lol. I’ve never seen the baked falafels recipes (where the heck was I??), but it looks freaking amaze-falafel-balls! 🙂 🙂 So… you in the mood to come over with all of these dishes?? Like, right now? I’m hungee! Wishing you lots of happiness, fun, and love this year. Love my bestie. xoxo

Hey girl – Happy New Year!!!! Hope you had some great holidays and got to rest and relax some. I did, and it was wonderful. So nice to be back in your space (note I said space, not face!) and see what you’ve been up to. These are some great healthy recipes you’ve got going. The one that whispers my name is that sweet sriracha salmon. Really nice. Would love to dig in with a big ‘ole pile of fresh greens on the side. Cheers my dear, to a great year ahead full of peace, joy, health and success for you and Boy. XOXO
