You do not know how much I need these recipes after all the chocolate I had over Christmas. I am immediately drawn to the baked falafel. I could eat falafel everyday and be perfectly content!

First, all of these look delicious but my obsession with miso is currently out of hand. I need to make those meatballs!!! Like asap.

I’m not a big fan of resolutions, but I do make goals, and I definitely want to eat healthier this year. What a perfect list to start me off with, Cheyanne! Each dish looks SO good!
