Mother’s Day Brunch Recipes. From savory breakfast eats to decadent sweet treats, these 20 PLUS recipes have you covered! Because nothing shows Mom how much you care like a homemade breakfast or brunch!

Heeeeyyooo, friends!

How was everyone’s Cinco de Mayo and weekend? Was it filled with festive fun and good ‘ole times? Did you eat all the chips n’ guac humanly possible, and drink margaritas straight from the pitcher?

Tell me you just shook your head yes!?

Exxxxcellent!

Today I’m just popping in real quick and transitioning RIGHT into the next holiday – Mother’s Day.

May is cray and jam packed with holidays, so we have ZERO time to spare.

Besides, I’m still curing a tequila fueled hangover and a nacho induced food coma. So, long winded nonsense just ain’t happening. 😉

To me, Mother’s Day is ALL about that brunch life.

Exceptional eggs, wondrous waffles, fancy French toast, stellar scones, scrumptious stratas. PLUS magical mimosas AND magnificent B. Marys.

ALL of it. AND preferably, ALL at once.

Because nothing says I love you like excess homemade food. 💓

To help make your Mother’s Day celebration a stress-free success, I’ve put together a round-up of some of my favorite brunch recipes from some of my favorite food bloggers… and a few from myself of course. 😇

So, without further ado – scroll, drool, click, print, pin… ENJOY!

Until Thursday friends, cheers – to a bodacious brunch worthy of your marvelous mama!

What a fantastic roundup, Cheyanne! You know what – everytime I see a round up post, I find myself imagining that I’m standing there at the foot of a table that’s saturated with all the recipes from the round up! Alas, I’m separated from this scrumptiousness with a darn screen! GAH! 🙂
Here’s hoping your nacho induced food coma has worn off – I was at the everything food conference in Salt Lake City and forgot that it was cinco de mayo – I oughta rethink calling myself a foodie eh?!
Hope your week is going along wonderfully!

Oh dude, it was totally just Cinco de Mayo!! I completely and utterly missed it. Lol. How is it that May is jam packed with all of these holidays and I never noticed? I’m all like, May is super chill, right? Wrong!! Haha. Good thing you’ve got us more than covered with your amazing recipes! You know I’m totally drooling over those macadamia nut pancakes. Goodness gracious, how did you get such a perfect shot of pancakes??? And raspberry maple syrup? Tell me more please! While I listen, why don’t you whip me up a few of your amazing cocktails? Pretty please? 🙂 Love this entire roundup! Big hugs! xo

OMG! I didn’t even think about making a meal for my mum on Mother’s Day instead of buying her a gift. This idea is even greater than buying a gift for her. Especially, mango, raspberry mimosa and salmon, chive egg roulade. I’m sure that she will love them. Thank you so much for sharing these recipes. It’s so sweet!!

Mother’s day is quickly approaching and I not ready for it at all. I should be nice and invite my Mother over for brunch but I’m not in a nice mood… jk jk my Mom and I decided to celebrate Mother’s day in 2 weeks since I have some craft events and then I’m going on vacation. I’m thinking about taking her to her favorite seafood restaurant for dinner but making her brunch as well would make her day. We love eating all day. This Lemon Raspberry Dutch Baby looks amazeballs!!! I’m not too sure why but I’m addicted to smoked salmon right now, so I could devour these Salmon and chive egg Roulade in one sitting.

Oh my, I could eat it all. I don’t drink cocktails for breakfast normally, but I think this year I may make an exception for the beautiful strawberry key lime. We are planning a chill hike this Sunday and then breakfast here at the house with just the boys. It will be awesome. Then off to see our moms! Hope those furry animals give you lots of love.
