10. Slow Cooker Thai Chicken Noodle Soup

Ridiculously easy, and made with the convenience of the slow cooker, I was happy to see this mash up of Thai chicken curry and classic chicken noodle soup made the top ten list!

9. How to Make Gravlax

With only 15 minutes of prep, and a 3-day cure in the fridge, this easy, yet elegant cured salmon was one of my favorite takeaways from culinary school. I am so thrilled you guys loved this easy tutorial/recipe too!

8. Chicken Tortellini Tomato Soup

Exceptionally delicious, yet quick and ready in 35 minutes or less, it is easy to see why this tasty twist on tomato soup made the number eight spot!

7. Glazed Jumbo Lemon Crumb Muffins

Moist and fluffy (from the addition of yogurt), loaded with tart lemon flavor, topped with sweet streusel and finished with a sticky, rich glaze, these flavor packed muffins were also one of my personal favorites of 2017!

6. Strawberry Basil Vodka Cocktail

A refreshing mix of fresh strawberries, herbaceous basil, and subtle vodka, this smooth sipper slipped into the number six spot… and rightfully so. This was my favorite cocktail of the summer too!

5. Rosemary Roasted Mixed Nuts

A flavor packed mixture of savory, salty, spicy and sweet, you guys were nuts for these nuts. 😉

4. Pumpkin Pie Martini

These martinis seemed to be slightly controversial on social media, and some people didn’t seem to share the pumpkin-flavored-everything enthusiasm that every fall season seems to bring. But, that didn’t stop this pie flavored martini from taking the number 4 spot!

Angled, straight on shot of a martini glass filled with Pumpkin Pie Martini garnished with whipped cream and a cinnamon stick; with another martini, graham crackers and more cinnamon sticks blurred in the background.

3. One Pot Creamy Lemon Chicken Pasta

I got a lot of messages, emails and photo tags on Instagram about this creamy-dreamy one pot wonder. It’s fast, fabulous, packed with flavor and the most loved weeknight dinner 2017.

2. Sour Apple Tequila Cocktail – the lucky shamrock

Not going to lie, I was floored to see this cocktail made the top 10 list. Apparently controversial cocktails are my jam, because this is another one that you guys either loved or loathed. But, love it or hate it, plenty of you seemed to be channeling the spirit of your inner Irish with this boozy libation!

1. Apple and Gin Cocktail

Tart, slightly sweet and smooth with a fruity apple forward taste, this cozy autumn cocktail was the most viewed recipe of 2017. Clearly you guys have stellar taste, because this little libation is one of my personal favorites as well!

Thank you so much for all your kind words, emails, social media tags, and overall support last year! I am eternally grateful for each and every one of you!

Until next week, friends, cheers – to a tasty 2018!

XOXO

Great 10, Chey! No wonder 4 coctails have made to the top 10. They always are so insanely irresistible and appealing. My favorites from this gorgeous list would be 8, 5, 4, and 3. But I am totally surprised why any of yours Naan/flatbread pizza are here. I believe you shared some amazing ideas last year.
