Prepare all Pico Ingredients in a Medium sized mixing bowl.
Gently stir to combine.
Place in the refrigerator to allow flavors to marry for at least 30 minutes – 2 hours.
Taste and Adjust Salt, Pepper, Lime Juice content.
Serve with desired accoutrement.

-Pico will keep in the Fridge, in an airtight container, for 5 days.
