This easy lox n' bagel sandwich is perfect for breakfast, brunch, lunch or even breakfast for dinner! Made with homemade gravlax and loaded with cucumbers, shallots, dill, capers and cream cheese, this sandwich is easily customize-able and absolutely delicious!

  • Bacon Chive Cream Cheese
  • 1 Tomato – thinly sliced
  • 4-6 oz Salmon Gravalox
  • 1 small Shallot – thinly sliced
  • Capers – to taste
  • Fresh Cracked Pepper – to taste
  • Fresh Dill
  • Additional options for toppings:
  • Sliced Cucumber
