1TBSGround Annattoor 1 ½ tsp EACH: turmeric and sweet paprika
1tspGround Black Pepper
OPTIONAL: ¼ tsp Cayenne
In a small bowl, combine all ingredients and mix well.
Transfer to an airtight container and store in a dry place.
1 ½ teaspoons of homemade Sazon seasoning equals 1 packet of store-bought Sazon.
