Recipe Notes

*Yield: Roughly 1 1/2 Cups

  1. If you can't find Peppermint Irish Cream, you can substitute plain Irish Cream and add 1/4 teaspoon peppermint extract.
  2. The Crème de menthe is a sweet, mint flavored liqueur, and it's what gives this cocktail it's minty green color, so I do not advise you skip it!  However, there are Crème de menthe syrups that you can substitute if you would like, just make sure you are using the green colored variety and NOT the colorless syrup!
  3. While I used Original (plain flavored) Almond Milk in my cocktail, you can absolutely use regular milk.  Or, if you are looking for an even more indulgent, rich drink, you can use half-and-half!
